Check-in: 3:00p - 7:00p
Check-out:  by 11:00a

After-Hours Check-in fee applies on arrivals after 7:00pm, paid directly to your Greeter in CASH on arrival:
7:00p - 9:00p:  $50
9:01p - 12:00a:  $75
After midnight: $100


What if it's a Holiday?

No check-ins or check-outs on major Holidays:
Thanksgiving Day or December 24th or 25th

Minimum booking requirements over holidays:
Thanksgiving - 4-night minimum booking
Christmas & NY's - 5 to 6-night minimum booking


What if I need a ride to the property?

AIRPORT TRANSFERS (Optional):
Arrive in STYLE with your own Private Driver & Town Car -
LAX - $55 one way / $110 round-trip


Do you offer extended stay packages?

Yes! For stays of 3-weeks or longer, we require a mid-stay cleaning every 2 - 3 weeks.  We can schedule the cleanings at your convenience.


What’s your Cancellation Policy?

50% refund up to 30 Days prior to Arrival, less any fees (if applicable).
